At Sita Royal Villa Resort, we aim to make our refund process fair, transparent, and hassle-free for our guests.

  • Eligibility for Refund:
    Refunds are processed only for bookings that qualify under our cancellation policy.

  • Refund Mode:
    All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • Payment Gateway Charges:
    Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges are non-refundable.

  • Non-Refundable Bookings:
    Bookings canceled beyond the allowed cancellation window, no-shows, or special promotional/discounted bookings are non-refundable.

  • Peak Season & Group Bookings:
    Refund terms may vary for peak season stays, festive dates, weddings, or bulk bookings, as per the agreed terms at the time of confirmation.

  • Force Majeure:
    In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be handled at the resort’s discretion.
