Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

Booking & Confirmation
All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment. Government-issued photo ID is mandatory at the time of check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation policies may vary based on booking type, season, or special offers. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms at the time of booking.

Payment Policy
We accept multiple payment modes for your convenience. Full or partial payment may be required prior to arrival as per booking conditions.

Child Policy
Children are welcome at the resort. Extra bedding or occupancy may be chargeable depending on age and room category.

Visitor Policy
Only registered guests are permitted within the resort premises. Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from management.

Property Care & Damages
Guests are requested to take care of resort property. Any damage or loss may be charged accordingly.

To maintain a peaceful environment, loud music and disturbances are restricted, especially during late hours.

Safety & Security
The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
