Cancellation Policy
At Sita Royal Villa Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all guests.
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
Partial Cancellation Charges: Cancellations made within 7 days to 72 hours before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation charge of the total booking amount.
No-Show / Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in or in case of a no-show will be non-refundable.
Peak Season & Special Dates: Cancellation policies may vary during peak seasons, festivals, weddings, or special event dates. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Group & Bulk Bookings: Separate cancellation terms apply for bulk or group reservations and will be clearly shared during confirmation.
Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
